MY LIGHT

As I fall into darkness,
I see a glimmer,
no a sliver of light.

I reach out to touch you,
I only feel the cold,
the void,
the darkness.

I reach out hoping
the light of your love
will give me warmth,
light up my sky.

I wake,
you were all the time
loving me and showing
that two souls can be one.

I now realize,
light was here all along.
You are always with me.
My light.
My heart.
